Who we are
CyberGaud Solutions ("we", "us") operates cybergaudsolutions.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@cybergaudsolutions.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us: name, work email, company, and your message when you use the contact form or email us.
- Technical data: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and block attacks.
- Bot checks: Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form checks that a real person is submitting it.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tags. If you switch between light and dark themes, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us. Answers to the exposure check on our home page stay in your browser and are not stored or sent.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your request, provide services you engage us for, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and our email (such as Cloudflare and our email provider), under agreements that restrict their use of it, and authorities when required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months unless they become part of a client engagement, in which case we keep them as our contract requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. New Jersey and other US state privacy laws may give you additional rights, which we will honor where they apply.
Security
We protect data in transit with TLS, limit access to people who need it, and follow the same identity security practices we recommend to clients.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
